SANDAG recently launched a new online Compass Card account management system. During the transition from the eStore system to the new Web-based account management system, customers with a Compass Card number that begins with “0220” will need a new serial number to reload online. This serial number is different from the “0220” inventory number that appears on the lower right corner on the reverse side of your Compass Card.
To get your new serial number, please enter your 0220 Compass Card number. Please keep your new serial number for future transactions.
